- DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
DEPOSIT: Once a date and time is agreed upon a $75 deposit may be required to reserve your appointment. This security deposit will be applied toward your session fee. For your convenience we accept Paypal and most major credit cards over the phone. If you prefer we also accept cash and checks in person. Please see the cancellation policy below.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please understand that your session requires more than just the time for taking the actual photographs. It requires the scheduling and booking of other services such as the makeup artist (including deposits), coordinating other client requests, drive times (if applicable), studio setup time, etc., all in advance of your session. Once you are scheduled, if you must cancel your appointment, cancellations made up to 48 hours in advance will allow your retainer to be applied to your rescheduled session. Cancellations less than 48 hours before your scheduled time will result in forfeiture of this retainer. We appreciate your understanding.

Makeup Artist services for our Photography Services are available for all sessions. Prices range from $90 (paint and go) to $175 (Full Services – 2 hours) for most sessions. When you want to look your best, put yourself in the hands of our Professional Makeup Artists! You’ll be glad you did! Please Note that our Makeup Artists are not hair stylists. They can help you with your hair, but if you need styling please ask for a quote for a hair stylist. (Paint & Go Services means that the MUA will do your makeup, we’ll take test shots, and as we start the shoot the MUA will leave)
